How it works

Free Sendle Pickup

Simply select the pickup option when creating your label. Then all you need to do is:

  • Package your parcel sufficiently
  • Select “no printer required
  • Write the seven-character code you’re sent on the parcel, along with the buyer and senders name and address.
  • Have the parcel ready for pickup on the selected date
  • Your driver will add a barcode to your parcel that matches the unique code
  • Pickup takes place on business days, anytime between 8 AM to 6 PM

Parcel Sizes

Sendle has six parcel sizes with the maximum being:

  • 25kg
  • 100 L / 0.1m3
  • 1.2 m

For parcels over 0.5kg, you can get free Signature on Delivery.

Note: The delivery method for our Satchel 500g/A4 size is always "Authority to Leave".

Do I need a Sendle account to book via the eBay Label Platform?

No. You can start booking Sendle labels via the eBay Label Platform instantly and without a separate Sendle account.

How do I book a printer-free pickup?

When you create the label, choose the ‘Sendle Parcel Delivery Pickup’ and then select the ‘Printer-Free’ option further below in the booking form. You will have the option to request a pickup up to three days in the future. 

Can I drop off a parcel booked with a printer-free label?

No. Printer-free is only available for pickup. If you prefer drop-off, you need to book a separate drop-off label, print it, and then go to your nearest drop-off locations.

How can I track a parcel I’m sending or receiving?

When booking via the eBay Label Platform, tracking details are automatically updated in your eBay order.

Are there any size restrictions?

Yes. It’s 25kg / 100L / 1.2 meter for pickup. You can read more here.

My parcel pickup was missed - what do I do?

Sendle automatically re-books any missed pickups. Sendle has a pickup guarantee as well.

How do I cancel a label parcel that hasn’t been picked up or dropped off yet?

Simply click the parcel in your eBay store, and use the tool on the Sendle tracking to cancel a parcel.

When will my parcel get picked up?

The pickup date will be stated on the label. A pickup can take place anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on business days. You can read more here.

Can I send dangerous goods or food?

Sendle does not accept dangerous goods or perishable goods. Please check our guide on what we cannot send here.

How do I contact Sendle customer support?

Easy - just click the parcel in your eBay store, and use the tool on the sendle.com tracking page you are returned to.

Can I book an international label with Sendle?

Although Sendle does ship worldwide, this feature isn’t available for printer-free just yet.

What if there was no pick-up or delivery scan?

If the pick-up or delivery scan is missing, Sendle will conduct a thorough investigation to confirm the pick-up and delivery date. Sendle may contact the receiver of the parcel to verify the delivery date.

How can I track a parcel I’m sending or receiving?

When booking via eBay’s Label Platform, tracking details are automatically updated in your eBay order.
