Sendle’s wide network of shipping locations lets you drop off your parcels at your own convenience. These include locations which are open 24 hours, 7 days a week (like news agencies, retail stores, and pharmacies) all over Australia.
Sendle drop off locations can accept any parcel up to Sendle's 'Carry-on' size (that's up to 10kg and 40L). Additionally, the longest side of any parcel cannot be bigger than 96cm.
Heads up: if you’re sending big parcels (or a lot of parcels), pickup may be a better option. This is because some drop off locations can't accept parcels once they've reached capacity so you may prefer to book your parcels for pickup instead.
If you have an order with more than one parcel, you’ll need to create separate labels for each parcel. This will make sure each one is scanned and tracked through the tracking page. Keep in mind that duplicate or previously used labels will be rejected at drop-off locations, and there is a maximum of 20 parcels per booking.
