Two years ago, web developer Jason joined the company. He showed himself to be a phenomenal (and hilarious) thinker and problem solver, and he now heads the Reliability team - ultimately responsibility for scaling the Sendle system.
Michelle joined Sendle’s Business Development team a year ago and emerged not only as a natural leader, but naturally emblematic of Sendle’s voice. She’s now the company’s Head of Communications.
The one-woman Angela band has grown our support team ten-fold in two years. She took on the challenge without a moment's hesitation and, by dreaming big, the Customer Happiness Champion team now boasts 30 passionate customer service reps.
