Who is Sendle?

Not what - who, because we’re only as good as the sum of our parts.

We’re a software company that happens to love logistics. More specifically, we help small business thrive by making parcel delivery simple, reliable and affordable.

How? Through amazing technology, world-class customer support and powerful partnerships. We’re purpose-driven (a B-Corp!) and we love the small business community we serve.

Our social conscience is not only built into the product, but it’s a part of the team fabric.

On paper, we’ve been recognised as one of Australia’s most innovative companies by the Australian Financial Review, the Good Design Awards, Telstra Business Awards and Banksia Sustainability Awards, but we know that true success is more than that. It’s recognising our people. They’re the real innovators.

In a fast-moving company like ours, the ability to be agile, adapt and contribute in dynamic circumstances is, actually, business as usual.

There is no cap on professional growth and development. We invest in our people so that they become true masters of their craft, develop into the sparkliest version of themselves and give back to our team and their community.

You’ll be joining a team of self-confessed nerds and chronic over-achievers, gadget tragics, sports fans, car nuts and general geeks.

Between us we’ve launched satellites, managed global brands, designed media platforms, travelled the world, spoken in different tongues, pioneered and perservered.

You’re going to be in good company, and because of that (not despite it), you’ll have the opportunity to be the architect of your own future.

There are no glass ceilings, only bouncy floors.

Two years ago, web developer Jason joined the company. He showed himself to be a phenomenal (and hilarious) thinker and problem solver, and he now heads the Reliability team - ultimately responsibility for scaling the Sendle system.

Michelle joined Sendle’s Business Development team a year ago and emerged not only as a natural leader, but naturally emblematic of Sendle’s voice. She’s now the company’s Head of Communications.

The one-woman Angela band has grown our support team ten-fold in two years. She took on the challenge without a moment's hesitation and, by dreaming big, the Customer Happiness Champion team now boasts 30 passionate customer service reps.

Are you up for the challenge?
