Sydney weather delays 

Heavy rain and flooding is causing delays across Sydney and parts of the NSW eastern coastline.  

We're working as fast as we can to deliver your parcels safely.

Perth delays 

Flooding in March caused significant road and rail delays for parcels travelling in and out of Perth and surrounding areas. 

Tasmanian delays

Due to low tides in Tasmania, some freight departures have been unable to set sail.

At this stage, we expect a 3-5 day delay for these deliveries, and apologise for any inconvenience!

QLD weather delays

Due to heavy rain and flash flooding, you may experience delays in these areas:

• Sunshine Coast
• Gympie

QLD flooding

Heavy rain and flooding is also causing delays throughout the northern suburbs of Brisbane, right up to the Sunshine Coast.

Northern Territory flooding

Heavy rain and flooding is causing road and rail service delays for parcels travelling in and out of the Northern Territory.

North QLD Cyclone

North QLD is expected to experience heavy rainfall and inclement weather due to Cyclone Kirrily.

These suburbs are expected to be impacted by delays:

• Innisfail
• Sarina
• Townsville
• Mackay
• Bowen
• Whitsunday Islands
• Charters Towers

WA delays

WA courier operations are still working through the increased freight. Delays are still expected for freight deliveries into the area.

Victoria floods

Victoria experienced heavy rainfall and flooding, with some areas inaccessible for pickup and delivery.

These VIC suburbs were impacted by delays:

Derailment between SA and NSW

A crash involving a train and a truck has caused transport disruptions between SA and NSW. There could be slight delays for parcels in transit to and from these two states.

Gold Coast flooding

Heavy downpour in the last few days has impacted pickups and deliveries in the Gold Coast area, cutting off access to certain locations.

Areas most likely cut off for service are western regional suburbs:

• Currumbin
• Tallebudgera
• Bonogin
• Mudgeeraba
• Mt Tamborine
• Wongawallen
• Clagiraba
• Mt Nathan
• Guanaba
• Upper Coomera
• Pimpama
• Willowvale

Cyclone Jasper

Extreme weather conditions continue to affect operations in the Far North QLD areas. Pickups and deliveries in Cairns have been suspended until operations can safely resume.
