Sending small with us is easy (and cheaper, did we mention cheaper?!). If your parcel weighs 250g or less, is under 4L in volume, and no longer than 80cm, you’re golden! No need for a special satchel – just use whatever packaging tickles your fancy.

Who can use Sendle’s 250g parcel?

Is cover included?

Yes! Sendle 250g/4L Pouch shipments are automatically covered for loss, up to $100 plus the cost of shipping. Learn more about Sendle Cover and optional Extra Cover for more expensive items.

Is tracking included?

Yes! Just like all Sendle parcels, your 250g shipments come with full tracking via your Dashboard and email updates, so you and your customers always know where things are.

Can I use my own packaging?

Definitely. You can use any packaging you like, as long as the total weight is 250g or less and the volume is under 4L. That includes the packaging itself.

Choose packaging that’s robust and protects your goods. You may like to pack your 250g/4L items in a Sendle compostable satchel cut in half, a box, repurposed cardboard, or a tube.
