Due to flooding in NSW, the rail network across central NSW has closed. This means you may experience pickup and delivery delays from Sydney and Brisbane into Perth.
As always, we’re working with our delivery partners to make sure your parcels arrive as quickly as possible, however the rail line is expected to reopen January 2023 at the earliest.
First, go to the parcel tracking page and check the latest update under 'Tracking history' – you’ll probably find that it’s on its way and will be with you soon.
