1. Promotion eligibility
1.1. Entry into the ‘The Small Business Growth Fund’ (‘promotion’) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. To be eligible to enter the promotion, a business must:
1.2.1. be a registered entity in Australia and hold an active ABN; .
1.2.2. have an annual turnover that has not exceeded AUD$1,500,000 in the 12 months prior to entry;
1.2.3. be actively operating selling products through an online platform, such as a website, eCommerce marketplace, or social media store( businesses with physical retail stores are also eligible, provided they have an active online sales channel); and
1.2.4. must have been operating in Australia for at least 12 months at the time of entry, and in submitting an entry, each Applicant warrants and represents that it is eligible to enter according to the criteria set out in this clause 1.2.
1.3. The promotion is being run by Sendle Pty Ltd, ABN 99 161 399 622 (‘Sendle’) and Web Publications Pty Limited (trading as ReadytoShip), ABN 38 084 463 507 (‘ReadyToShip’). RCYCL Pty Ltd, ABN 27 658 651 873 (‘RCYCL’) is participating in the promotion as a judge and a supplier of part of the prizes.
2. Promotion period
2.1. The promotion commences on Tuesday 13th May, 2025 at 12.00am (AEST) and entries close on Friday 13th June, 2025 at 11.59pm (AEST).
2.2. Judging of applications will commence on Monday 16th June, 2025 and end on Friday 4th July, 2025.
2.3. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 15th July, 2025 via Sendle and ReadyToShip’s websites and social media channels. All dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Sendle and ReadyToShip.
3. How to enter
3.1. All entries into the promotion must be received by Sendle and ReadyToShip through the official page at http://sendle.com/growthfund no later than 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 13th June, 2025 and include all required information.
3.2. Entry into the promotion constitutes and each Applicant consents to the publication of the business name, website, social handles, and main digital assets provided in the application.
3.3. By entering this promotion, Applicants agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed, and photographed. Applicants grant Sendle and ReadyToShip the right to use the Applicant’s comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media now or hereafter without further consultation or compensation.
3.4. The Applicant must ensure all necessary usage rights, consent, and releases are obtained prior to entry submission and agrees to indemnify Sendle and ReadyToShip for use in accordance with these terms.
4. Confidentiality
Sendle, ReadyToShip and RCYCL each agree that they will not in any manner disclose or permit the disclosure of, and will keep strictly confidential, any confidential information provided by each Applicant and will destroy any confidential information provided by any Applicant once the winner and runner up have claimed their prizes. Additionally, Sendle's and ReadyToShip’s current privacy policies will apply to all personal information collected as part of this application process.
5. Judging process
5.1. Entries will be reviewed and judged by our panel of experts selected by Sendle and ReadyToShip (‘judging panel’).
5.2. The judging criteria will focus on (a) what makes your business unique and innovative, (b) how the fund could make a real difference, (c) your commitment to sustainability, and (d) your vision for the future of your business. Applications will be assessed based on the strength of your responses and the potential impact of the funding.
5.3. The judging panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.4. A representative of Sendle, or ReadyToShip, or a member of the judging panel may contact any Applicant via telephone or email for further information, or to verify their entry prior to selecting the final winner.
6. Prizes
6.1. The winning business will receive the following:
6.1.1. AUD$10,000 in Sendle shipping credit - valid for 12 months from the date of claim;
6.1.2. 12 months free ReadyToShip account with unlimited shipping label creation;
6.1.3. 12 free mentorship sessions with Sendle CEO and ReadyToShip Co-founder;
6.1.4. 5000 Sendle sustainable courier bags; and
6.1.5. 2000 free RCYCL bags.

6.2. The runner-up business will receive the following:
6.2.1. Sendle Level 6 upgrade - Up to 55% off Sendle Standard Shipping (valid for 12 months from the date of claim);
6.2.2. 6 months free ReadyToShip account with unlimited shipping; and
6.2.3. 500 free RCYCL bags.

6.3. Each prize must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the announcement of the winner and runner up, respectively.
6.4. The winner and runner up must formally accept their prizes within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize by that Applicant, which (in the case of the winner) the first prize will then be awarded to the runner-up, and (in the case of the runner up) the second prize will then be awarded to an alternative runner up. If either prize is not claimed within the specified timeframe, [an] alternative winner[s] and/or runner[s] up will be selected [until the prizes are claimed].
6.5. Everyone who submits an eligible entry and completes the application form gets (subject to validity checks):
6.5.1. Sendle Level 5 Upgrade – Up to 50% off Sendle Standard Shipping (valid for 6 months from the date of claim.). Available to both new and existing Sendle customers;
6.5.2. 60 days free ReadyToShip account for new signups only (Applicants must qualify as a new customer of ReadyToShip and not currently be subscribed to an active plan, or have held an active plan within the past 3 months); and
6.5.3. 20 free RCYCL bags.
6.5.4. Eligible applicants have 30 days from the promotion end date to access these benefits. Failure to accept and/or activate within this time constitutes forfeiture of benefits listed within this clause.
6.6. Subject only to regulatory approval, Sendle or ReadyToShip reserves the right to replace all or any part of the prizes stated herein with alternatives of equivalent value, as determined solely by Sendle or ReadyToShip, without notice. The prizes stated herein are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalents, or any other gifts, goods, or services..
7. General
7.1. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Sendle and ReadyToShip (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all responsibility and liability (whether for negligence, in equity, under an indemnity or pursuant to any other cause of action and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) whatsoever in connection with this promotion (including without limitation loss of opportunity). Without limitation, neither Sendle nor ReadyToShip accept any responsibility for any late or lost entries including delays due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.
7.2. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the control of Sendle or ReadyToShip, then either Sendle or ReadyToShip reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotion.
7.3. Sendle or ReadyToShip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
7.4. Sendle or ReadyToShip reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Applicants, and to disqualify any Applicant if an entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
7.5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
7.6. Failure by Sendle and ReadyToShip to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7.8. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed or deemed to create a partnership or joint venture for or between Sendle, ReadytoShip, RCYCL or any Applicant, or to create any other relationship between the parties or impose any such liability on any of them.
