With Sendle, you can drop off your parcels when and where you like from our national network of drop off locations. These include lots that are open 24 hours, 7 days a week (like petrol stations, news agencies, and pharmacies).
Select ‘drop off’ rather than ‘pickup’ when booking a parcel delivery.
Print out your label and attach it to your parcel.
Drop the parcel off at any one of the Sendle drop off locations in the delivery network (there’s over 900 of them!).
It’ll be scanned and accepted into the system where you can track it from your dashboard.

Sendle picks up and delivers door-to-door. If we don’t attempt to pick up your parcel on the scheduled day, we’ll send out a driver the next business day. If we don't attempt the pickup by that next business day, just get in touch within 5 business days of the first scheduled pick up and we’ll refund you for the cost of delivery.*
