We require that affiliates have a valid working website address or social media account and a valid email address in order to participate in our affiliate program. Affiliates can differentiate themselves by having a top-level domain name and by providing a description of how they intend to participate when they apply to the program on the ShareASale network. Please be sure to include any and all URLs you plan to use with your partnership in your application. Membership to the network is controlled by ShareASale and we may review/reject/accept any application for any reason. 

By participating in the Sendle Affiliate Program, you are also agreeing to our supplemental terms and conditions as noted in the network.

ShareASale is a trusted third-party affiliate marketing network where the Sendle affiliate program is hosted. They provide affiliates with accurate tracking, real-time reporting, and payments. You can access your reports, links, and more through their platform.

Absolutely. Sendle ships worldwide from the United States, Australia, and Canada, but we welcome international affiliate partners with audiences in these three countries. Please note that ShareASale controls membership to the network. If you are an international affiliate that is struggling to join the Sendle Affiliate Program, please contact us with your numerical affiliate id and we can take a look into the issue for you.

While we love the enthusiasm from our affiliates, we do not provide free shipping as a payout option at this time.

Once we approve your site, you will have access within ShareASale to approved banners, links, and other creative assets that you can utilize to drive traffic to Sendle. You can select what best suits your audience. After deciding which links you would like to use, copy your specialized HTML link to your site and it will track your traffic and revenue. You must use the links provided in order to generate commissions. 

Sales and clicks are tracked through affiliate links provided to affiliates in the ShareASale network. The code provided to you when you created your link contains specific tracking parameters unique to your account. It is important that the link code is posted to your site EXACTLY as it was given when you created the link. Alterations to this code can result in lost sales and click tracking and we don’t want you to miss out. We maintain a 30 day tracking cookie.

Affiliates earn commissions on valid Sendle shipments tracked through their ShareASale links. Please view the specific details on commissionable products within your account on ShareASale.

You can access your account at any time, 24 hours a day - 7 days a week at ShareASale.com, using the username and password that you selected when signing up for your ShareASale account. The reporting is all web based, and user-friendly for your convenience. If you have questions or have difficulty locating anything in the ShareASale interface, please contact us for a walkthrough.

Transactions are finalized and commissions "lock" in ShareASale 30 days after they occur.

ShareASale pays affiliates monthly via check and direct deposit. Payments are made on or around the 20th day of the month for all affiliates who have reached the $50 minimum balance in network commissions in the previous month. At the time that payment is sent, you will see a transaction in your register for the amount of the commissions paid. If your network balance is less than $50, ShareASale will carry over your balance to the next month. You can view your sales statistics on ShareASale throughout the month to see how you are doing. 

ShareASale offers several options for payment including Check, Direct Deposit, Wire, and Payoneer. You are welcome to choose what works best for your business. A full payment FAQ is available from ShareASale within your account.

The possible reasons you may have not received payment could be: 

• You have not yet met the minimum commissions.
• The orders you have earned commissions on have not yet been locked.
• You have not earned any commissions.
• You have not yet set up your payment information
• Your payment is on hold because your account is under investigation by ShareASale.
