Your parcel tracking number can be found in confirmation or notification emails you’ve received. The parcel tracking number is also shared with your Sendler so they can keep track of the shipment progress via the Sendle tracking tool. If we don’t hear from you within five days, the parcel will be returned to the Sendler for safety. If that’s the case, all information will be published on the Sendle tracking page, so you can monitor the parcel’s journey.
