FAQs

How quickly can I set it up?

Instantly. Mark an order as shipped in your store, then choose your parcel size and packaging. Submit to Sendle, then you can then print your labels from within your store. Check out our setup guide for more info.

Is live-quoting available?

Of course! Once you’ve set up Sendle as a ‘fulfillment service’ in your store, you can then create a shipping rate that provides rates in your checkout using the Sendle API.

Is tracking included?

You bet. Sendle tracking is compatible with Spiffy Stores, and we’ll email tracking updates to your buyers for you – easy! Shipping notifications are also sent out directly from your store.

How fast is delivery?

You’ll get an estimate with every booking. In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and to nearby cities within 2-3 days.
