• Be a registered entity in Australia with an active ABN.
• Have had an annual turnover not exceeding AUD$1,500,000 in the 12 months prior to entry.
• Be actively selling products through an online platform (e.g., website, eCommerce marketplace, or social media store). Businesses with physical retail stores are also eligible, as long as they have an active online sales channel.
• Have been operating in Australia for at least 12 months at the time of entry.

1. Business Uniqueness & Innovation – How clearly you articulate what sets your business apart from others in your industry and the innovative nature of your approach or product.
2. Impact of the Fund – The extent to which the funding would be a game-changer for your business, including the specific projects or initiatives you would prioritise.
3. Commitment to Sustainability – The actions your business currently takes to promote sustainability and how you plan to build on these efforts in the future.
4. Future Vision & Growth – The clarity and ambition of your long-term vision, including key milestones or aspirations for the next 3–5 years.

Judges will assess how compelling and well-thought-out your responses are within the word limits provided, as well as the overall potential impact of the fund on your business.
