Is my Sendle account free?

Yes! As a ShipStation user, you’ll start on Ship & Save Level 3, enjoy up to 21% off Sendle Standard rates for your first 4 weeks, and enjoy no minimum requirements, no contracts or hidden fees, just great rates that get better the more you ship.

How can I level up?

Every parcel you send with Sendle will go towards your monthly spend, which will impact the level you’re on. Sendle Express, Extra Cover and even fuel surcharge will add towards you levelling up. Please note, buying Sendle compostable satchels will not contribute to your monthly spend. But you should still use them, because they're great for the planet.

What if my spend on shipping goes down?

If things slow down, you’ll get a 4-week grace period to get business back on track. No need to contact us. Nothing to do but focus on growing your business. And, you can track your cumulative spend for the current 4-week period from your Sendle dashboard.

Is tracking included?

You bet. We'll email detailed tracking updates to your customers for you. Easy!

How fast is delivery?

You'll get an estimate with every shipment, but most packages get to where they are going in 1-3 days. Pretty speedy!
