To put more control in your hands—and time in your day—we created the Sendle Toolbox, providing you with direct access to tools to make these changes on the fly.
To access the Toolbox, head to the tracking page for one of your packages. In the status box, you’ll see the option to Manage package. From there, you can cancel an order or launch an investigation in a matter of seconds.
