How to use the Sendle Toolbox

To access the Toolbox, head to the tracking page for one of your packages. In the status box, you’ll see the option to Manage package. From there, you can make changes to your delivery instructions, reschedule a delivery, or launch an investigation in a matter of seconds.

What can I do with Sendle Toolbox?

Here’s a quick rundown of all the ways you can manage your deliveries with the Sendle Toolbox.

Edit pickup instructions

Make a change to the instructions for the pickup driver to follow (i.e. "pick up packages at reception, not the white table near the door").

Missing package inquiry

Track down a package that you have not received that is marked as ‘delivered’ by the driver.

Late package inquiry

Track down a package which hasn’t been delivered by the estimated delivery date.

Request redelivery (updated details needed)

Request redelivery if you’ve entered delivery details incorrectly the first time around (i.e you left off the unit number when entering the street address and need to include this detail for a successful delivery).

Request redelivery (notice left)

Arrange for redelivery free of charge if your delivery was attempted but nobody was home to receive the package (i.e. the delivery driver did not have authority to leave the package and the receiver was not at home to sign for it).

Reschedule pickup

Make a change to package pickup date (i.e your packages weren’t quite packed up when you thought they’d be and you weren’t ready for the pickup driver).
