Canada Post strike update: Overtime ban in effect

Canada Post workers haven’t gone on strike, but their union (CUPW) has put a nationwide overtime ban in place. That means workers are limiting their hours to a standard 40-hour week and not working any overtime.

We are expecting this to cause higher parcel volumes across the network. As a result, pickups and deliveries may take longer than usual.

We’re doing everything we can to minimise disruptions and keep your parcels moving. You may notice slower scans or processing times, and we really appreciate your patience.
