How long does delivery take?

You'll get an estimate with every shipment, but most packages get to where they are going in 1-3 days. Pretty speedy!

Can I send small packages?

Yes, you absolutely can! We have all sizes available, from small packages for lightweight items all the way up to heavier 20 lb boxes, and everything in between. Sign up to Sendle and start sending whatever size items you like, right away.

How do I ensure my packages arrive safely?

We know you put a lot of love and care into your Squarespace products, and we want to make sure they arrive in perfect shape. Our top three tips are: pad between layers, eliminate rattling and double-box where possible.

What size is right for my package?

To keep things simple, Sendle uses five size tiers: <0.5lb, 1lb, 5lb, 10lb, and 20lb. Your package has to fit under both the weight and volume limit in order to 'fit' the size. If it's too big, just go up a size. If you're unsure, there is a handy size calculator on your dashboard to help you figure it out.
