Sign up for an OrderCup account

Activate your Master Shipping Account (MSA)

  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on Payment Methods.
  • Add a credit card.
  • Check the Master Shipping Account (MSA) checkbox.

Activate Sendle shipping

  • Go to Settings and find Master Shipping Account.
  • Adjust your Auto-replenishment settings.
  • Check the Sendle checkbox.
  • Save to activate Sendle shipping.

Note: You can also connect your Sendle account with OrderCup by getting your
Sendle ID and API from the Sendle Dashboard. Here's how you can do it!

You’ll automatically unlock Sendle Pro pricing by signing up for an OrderCup plan*.
To keep things simple, Sendle uses 9 package sizes as a guide: 4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 1b, 5lb & 172in³, 8lb & 354in³, 10lb & 518in³, 15lb & 691in³, and 20lb & 864in³. Your package must fit both the size and weight limit to ‘fit’ the size.
