How does Sendle work?

We tap into big business shipping networks and make them available to everyone. It's convenient, affordable, and completely carbon neutral. Using Sendle, you can print your own shipping labels and drop off your packages at your nearest collection box or post office. You can even request a pick-up. Learn more.

Who delivers the packages?

Sendle ensures you always get the best fit for your delivery. That’s why we partner with a dynamic delivery network that operates all over the US. We automatically match you with the best door-to-door shipping service based on what works best for your particular shipment.

How fast are packages delivered?

While we’re not an express service, we're pretty speedy! Most shipments take between 1-4 days to get where they are going throughout the US. Each time you place an order with Sendle, we give you a delivery estimate (kind of like an ETA). This will give you an idea of how long packages like yours usually take to get to their destination.

What areas do you service?

We ship - Throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, US PO Boxes, and domestic military bases

We do not ship - Military or diplomatic (APO, FPO, and DPO) addresses, certain US territories (such as Guam and American Samoa), and international addresses.

Do you send Internationally?

Currently we only offer shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not offer additional international shipping locations from the United States at this stage.

Is Sendle just for businesses?

Sendle is for everyone! Whether you’re a business looking for a great shipping provider or you want to send a birthday present to your mom, we’re here to help. There are no contracts, no surcharges, and no monthly fees. Just pay for what you send. View pricing here.

Pricing

How do I get a quote?

To get a quote you can use our handy quote tool (no need to even log in!).

Or you can do it from your dashboard by adding the delivery location and package size. If you don't have an account yet, it takes just 30 seconds to sign up for free!

What’s the difference between local and national?

Pricing is determined by how far the package will be traveling. For shipments staying close to home (up to 150 miles away), you'll see our fabulous Local rates. For everything else, our low National rates have you covered.

Which is the right plan for me?

Sending packages for your business is super easy with Sendle. We do simple, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees or nasty surprises.

Standard: No contracts, no minimum order quantities, and no hidden fees. This free account is best if you send packages infrequently. Try Sendle Standard here

How do I send a package?

To send a package, simply create an account and place an order via our website. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll be able to print your unique label. Attach this to your package, and then drop it off at your nearest post office or collection box. It's that easy! You can even request a pick-up from your door. What can’t I send?

Sendle is designed to make shipping a breeze. However, there are some items you can't book with Sendle, such as dangerous goods, or anything over 20lb or 864 cubic inches. View a detailed list of items that can’t be sent here.

Are all shipments carbon neutral?

Yes! We calculate the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given package shipped. This generates a carbon yield number. Using that number as a guide, we use a portion of each package cost to fund sustainability projects via South Pole. Learn more here.
