Using Sendle, you can print your own shipping labels and drop off your packages at your nearest collection box or post office. You can even request a pick-up. Learn more. 
Sendle ensures you always get the best fit for your delivery. That’s why we partner with a dynamic delivery network that operates all over the US. We automatically match you with the best door-to-door shipping service based on what works best for your particular shipment.
While we’re not an express service, we're pretty speedy! Most shipments take between 1-4 days to get where they are going throughout the US. Each time you place an order with Sendle, we give you a delivery estimate (kind of like an ETA). This will give you an idea of how long packages like yours usually take to get to their destination.

We ship - Throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, US PO Boxes, and domestic military bases

We do not ship - Military or diplomatic (APO, FPO, and DPO) addresses, certain US territories (such as Guam and American Samoa), and international addresses.

Currently we only offer shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We do not offer additional international shipping locations from the United States at this stage.

Pricing is determined by how far the package will be traveling. For shipments staying close to home (up to 150 miles away), you'll see our fabulous Local rates. For everything else, our low National rates have you covered.

Sending packages for your business is super easy with Sendle. We do simple, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees or nasty surprises. 

Personal: No contracts, no minimum order quantities, and no hidden fees. This free account is best if you send packages infrequently. Try Sendle Personal here. 

Premium: No contracts or subscriptions. You just need to be sending a minimum of 20 packages a month to access our Premium rates. If you fall below that level, we will automatically drop you down to our Personal plan. Speak with one of our small business experts here. 

Pro: No contracts, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees. Sendle Pro is unlocked for those that send over 200 packages per month. Ask about Sendle Pro by contacting our business team!

Sending

To send a package, simply create an account and place an order via our website. Once you’ve placed an order, you’ll be able to print your unique label. Attach this to your package, and then drop it off at your nearest post office or collection box. It's that easy! You can even request a pick-up from your door. Sendle is designed to make shipping a breeze. However, there are some items you can't book with Sendle, such as dangerous goods, or anything over 20lb or 864 cubic inches. View a detailed list of items that can’t be sent here.
Yes! We calculate the highest amount of carbon that could be generated by any given package shipped. This generates a carbon yield number. Using that number as a guide, we use a portion of each package cost to fund sustainability projects. Learn more here. 
Sendle includes cover for loss on all eligible Sendle Preferred packages for no extra charge. Cover is not included on Sendle Saver shipments. Find out more about our cover policy here.
You can drop off at your nearest post office or collection box.
Yes. Just request a pickup from your account or contact our support team here. 
Every package shipped with Sendle is given a unique order reference number and tracking link—for free! You can track your shipment through the Sendle dashboard, email notifications, or through the tracking page.

Packing

Currently, Sendle doesn’t supply packaging. Instead, you can take advantage of bulk-buying whatever type of packaging you prefer! Check out our packaging guide here.
