How do I get a return label?

You can request a return label from the person or business who sent you the package. It’s a good idea to check their return policy first, which most businesses list on their website.

Make sure you check the original package – some senders include return labels with their orders (and, it’ll be printed on label stock so you won't even need tape).

Can I track my return package?

You sure can! Make a note of the reference number on your return label, and follow your package’s progress on Sendle’s package tracking page.

Want to track it through your Sendle account? If you were emailed tracking information for the original package, and you have (or create) a Sendle account using that same email address, you’ll be able to track your return package from your account.

Can I cancel my return?

Once it’s sent, you can’t cancel a return. However, if you have a label but you haven’t used it yet – you don’t have to! The sender isn’t charged until it’s scanned.

Can I drop my return at the post office or in a blue collection box?

Absolutely!

Do I have to pay for my return?

Some sellers offer free returns, and some will ask you to pay shipping to them, but you won’t be asked to pay anything when you drop your package off.
