Is tracking included?

You bet. We'll email detailed tracking updates to your customers for you. Easy!

Where can I manage orders?

You'll be able to track all deliveries from your Sendle dashboard. Plus, we'll send branded tracking emails to your customers for you!

What size is right for my package?

To keep things simple, Sendle uses five size tiers: <0.5lb, 1lb, 5lb, 10lb, and 20lb. Your package has to fit under both the weight and volume limit in order to 'fit' the size. If it's too big, just go up a size. If you're unsure, there is a handy size calculator on your dashboard to help you figure it out.

How fast is delivery?

You'll get an estimate with every shipment, but most packages get to where they are going in 1-3 days. Pretty speedy!
