It's a breeze! First, create your free Sendle account. Upon account creation, you will find a Sendle ID and API key on your dashboard. Then, log in to your BigCommerce account and add your Sendle account information. With this info, you'll be able to make new bookings and manage your deliveries right from BigCommerce or connect the Sendle app to your BigCommerce account.
We never charge a fee or require lock-in contracts to start using Sendle. Sendle operates on a pay per-use model, meaning there are no additional surcharges or subscription fees. You only pay for the shipping services you use.
Delivery times with Sendle vary based on the shipping option. Sendle Saver is our best value option with delivery estimated at 2-8 days, while Sendle Preferred offers faster delivery in 1-5 days. Additionally, we have Sendle 2-Day for delivery within 2 business days and Sendle 3-Day for guaranteed delivery within 3 business days.
