Terms and Conditions

The legal stuff

  • Time-limited offer: Sendle Ten Free Shipments (“The Promotion”) For the promotion period new customers who join Sendle will be billed at $0 for their first ten parcels booked.
  • Domestic parcel deliveries only.
  • This promotion is limited to Domestic Sendle parcel sizes up to 20 kgs and 100 litres.
  • The promotion will automatically expire after 1,000 packages are shipped or at December 28, 2022, whichever comes earlier.
  • Only Canadian-based businesses are eligible, and your Sendle account must be billed in CAD in order to be eligible for The Promotion.
  • The Promotion is limited to eligible Sendle packages with a maximum of 10 packages per eligible account.
  • Eligible packages are domestic Sendle packages of up to $35.00 in cost.
  • One account per user.
  • We recommend that you read this document carefully before using The Promotion. If you have any complaints, questions or would like more information, please contact us.
  • You must have a Sendle account and have agreed to Sendle’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Website User Agreement and Confirmed the Dangerous Goods Declaration
