You have a passion for logistics and love improving systems and processes. You might have a background in science or engineering but might have also worked your way up through a logistics business.

At the same time, you have experience in managing important stakeholder relationships. You have high integrity and can find solutions that meet everyone’s needs. You keep up-to-date with the industry and have a wide personal network.

You’ll be using your IQ, EQ, eye for detail and natural relationship building skills to bring about change and can work well with people from many disciplines. You will be humble enough to listen, yet confident enough to make decisions.
